She has taught weekly classes and intensive workshops at La Visiva, Dancing Days, La Caldera, L’Estruch, Rocaumbert Fàbrica de les Arts, Aula Escola Europea, Colegio Sagrado Corazón, Rennaissance Arts Academy (Los Angeles) and Bennington College (USA), among others.

body & movement awareness

Since 2016, Emma offers somatics-based movement workshops to groups as well as private sessions. Her intention is to investigate different aspects of the body-mind relationship to improve our physical wellbeing with simple tools. She currently offers the workshop Body, Senses and Conscious Movement and the weekend intensive Body, Movement and Mindfulness, both in collaboration with the meditation and retreat center Casa Virupa. In these workshops she combines aspects from Casa Virupa’s Meditation Course, which she completed in 2020, with her experience as a dancer and movement teacher. In 2019 she started her training as a Somatic Movement Educator at Movimiento Atlas (Zaragoza), an official Body-Mind Centering® school.
